Suitable for spraying tinsels on and adhering glitters to ribbons or knit bands.

Low-pressure spray gun assures even spraying.



3.亮片灑落密度可依客戶需求調整


Glitter falling density adjustable according to customer need.



4.漆筒具攪拌功能，循環自動給漆，不易沈澱


Paint tank also functions stirring for automatic, circulating paint feeding without sediment.



5.烘烤方式可依膠特性選用石英燈管或電熱管加熱器


Choose quartz light tube or electric tube heater to bake according to glue properties.

Ribbon feed (rolls or bulks)→Spraying in the spray room(water-based glue+ tinsel+ emulsion)→Glitter falling→ IR-furnace baking→ Rolling, pressing and collecting (rolls or bulks)
